# Privacy Kaizen Coach keeps a race plan for you. This page is the list of what we store. A field that is not on this list is not stored. ## Account We store your email address so we can send a sign-up or sign-in link. We store the time you first use one. We do not store a password. The link expires quickly and works once. We do not store card details. When sign-up takes payment, the card stays with the payment provider, and this page will name that provider before it starts. We also store an access record for an email, which can exist before that person has an account. It says whether access is active, whether the price is full, lifetime free, or a discount (the percent, how many months it lasts, and when it started), and whether payment is complimentary, unpaid, paid, or past due. A discount code stores the offer and how many times it has been used. A separate management record stores the email of a person who can change those records. Removing access removes the access record. ## Sign-in email Resend receives your email address, and only to send the sign-up or sign-in link. ## Training When those parts of the product are in use, we store: - Your race name, race date, race distance, goal time, the goal you typed in your own words, sports, and weekly hours. The race date is not changed by a plan update for that race. Starting a new race clears those race fields so you can set another. - Your plan: weeks, sessions (sport, priority, length, a short description, and target pace, power, or heart-rate zone), and whether you accepted a change. An accepted change keeps the previous sessions so you can undo it. - Strava activity summaries we need to match sessions and set paces: sport, time, distance, heart rate, power, the activity title, the description, the private note, and the device that recorded it. We do not store streams, maps, or photos. - Strava's own name for the activity type (for example trail run, hike, or e-bike ride). - For a run that could be a race-level effort or a time trial, or a ride with power that could be an FTP test, we read the second-by-second heart rate, distance (for a run) and power (for a ride) from Strava once, and keep only a summary: how many seconds you spent at each heart rate (not when), the share of time spent moving, the share of time in each power zone and the threshold heart rate and FTP used for it, whether the run was a full steady effort and why or why not, how long and how hard that effort was and the threshold heart rate it suggests, and, if the ride was an FTP test, the FTP it gave, the kind of test and what confirmed it. The second-by-second data is not kept. - Your threshold heart rate and FTP, if you enter them. Leaving either empty clears it. - From Strava, the heart-rate zones you set there (whether you set them, and where each zone starts) and the FTP on your Strava profile. Removed when you disconnect. - Your first name, last name, and Strava username, copied from your Strava athlete when you connect, and removed when you disconnect. - Your Strava profile photo address, shown on your account while Strava is connected, and removed when you disconnect. - One short context record taken from that title, description, and note. It expires and is then closed. - A Garmin daily snapshot: the date, sleep score, overnight heart-rate variability and the baseline band Garmin sends with it, body battery, and resting heart rate when Garmin sends one. The device model, when Garmin sends it. Nothing else from Garmin. Disconnecting Garmin deletes the key. The daily snapshots stay until you delete the account. - Strength logs: the session, the weight, and the reps. - Connection secrets, encrypted. We never ask for your Garmin or Strava password. - The time we last tried to read Garmin, on that connection. ## What we do with it The plan uses this to decide whether the weeks ahead should change. A model, when used, sees a summary of that evidence and the coaching rules. It does not see your activity files, your Garmin series, or old notes. We do not sell your data, share it with another athlete, or use it to train a model. We store usage counts and an estimated cost per account, so we can see what each account costs to run. You do not see other athletes' costs. ## Your choices You can export your account and you can delete it. Deleting removes the account, the connections, the activities, the recovery snapshots, the plan, and the logs. Sign-in, Strava, and Garmin each link to this page.
